Cookie Policy
This page explains how Tasek Tech uses cookies and allows you to manage your preferences directly.
01
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to recognise your browser on subsequent visits and remember certain information — such as your preferences or consent choices.
Cookies cannot access other files on your device, and a website can only read cookies it has set. Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings.
02
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active
Required for the website to function. These include the cookie that records your consent choice so the notice is not shown on every page load.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| cookieConsent | Stores consent preferences | Session / 1 year |
Analytics Cookies
Optional
Help us understand which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the site. Data is aggregated and anonymised — it does not identify you personally.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes users (Google Analytics) | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Session state (Google Analytics) | 2 years |
Marketing Cookies
Optional
Used to understand the effectiveness of any referral channels. We do not use these cookies for personalised advertising. If present, they are set by third-party platforms through which visitors may arrive.
Preference Cookies
Optional
Allow the site to remember settings such as your region or language, so you do not need to re-enter them on each visit.
03
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles above to adjust your choices, then save using the button below. You may also accept all optional categories or keep only essential cookies.
04
Cookie Duration
Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. They are used to maintain continuity during a single browsing session.
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period — typically between 30 days and 2 years, depending on their purpose — or until you delete them manually. Our consent preference cookie persists for up to 12 months so you are not asked to choose on every visit.
05
Third-Party Cookies
Where analytics cookies are accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies on your device. Google's data handling is governed by their own privacy framework, details of which are available at policies.google.com.
We do not use advertising networks or social media tracking pixels on this website.
