02

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or commissioning any of our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement.

Our services are intended for business professionals and organisations. Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to engage with us. We do not provide services to private consumers in a personal capacity.

03

Service Description

Tasek Tech provides advisory and build services focused on the considered integration of AI tools into business workflows. Our three current service tiers are described on the Solutions page. Each engagement is scoped individually and confirmed in a brief written exchange before work commences.

Services are available to organisations based in Singapore and, where logistically suitable, to those in the broader Asia-Pacific region. Remote engagements are available for certain service tiers.

We reserve the right to decline an engagement where we consider it falls outside our area of competence or where a conflict of interest exists. In such cases we will communicate this promptly.

04

Client Responsibilities

To support a productive engagement, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about current processes and constraints during scoping.
  • Make relevant personnel available for agreed sessions in a timely manner.
  • Review and provide feedback on written materials within a reasonable period.
  • Refrain from using any AI workflows we build in ways that were explicitly noted as outside their intended scope.
  • Ensure that any third-party tools or data you share with us have been licensed or cleared for the purposes of the engagement.

Use of our website must comply with applicable Singapore law. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to distribute harmful content, or to interfere with its operation.

05

Intellectual Property

The content of this website — including text, design, and structural elements — belongs to Tasek Tech. No part may be reproduced, adapted, or redistributed without written permission.

Deliverables produced in the course of a specific engagement are assigned to the client upon full settlement of the associated invoice. Until that point, ownership remains with Tasek Tech.

Tasek Tech retains the right to describe the general nature of an engagement (without identifying the client or disclosing confidential details) for the purposes of describing our experience. We will seek your confirmation before doing so if there is any reasonable possibility of identification.

06

Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and invoiced in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Current pricing is listed on our Solutions page and is subject to change; any agreed engagement is billed at the price confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Still Surface (SGD 270)

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, issued following the on-site session.

Reflective Build (SGD 525)

A 50% deposit is due before build work begins. The remaining balance is invoiced on delivery of the written handover document.

Reservoir Programme (SGD 945 / month)

Monthly invoices are issued at the start of each calendar month. Payment is due within 14 days.

Late payments may result in a pause in service delivery. We will communicate this in writing before any pause takes effect. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where agreed otherwise in writing or where we are unable to fulfil the agreed scope.

07

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat the other's Confidential Information with discretion and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

This obligation applies during and for three years following the close of an engagement. It does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or received from a third party without restriction.

08

Disclaimers

Our services are provided based on professional judgement and the information shared with us at the time of the engagement. We do not warrant that any AI workflow we help design will produce specific business outcomes. Workflow performance depends on factors — including the quality of your data, staff adoption, and third-party tool behaviour — that are outside our control.

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. We recommend that you seek independent professional advice before making significant technology decisions.

Website availability is not guaranteed. We endeavour to keep the site accessible but cannot be held responsible for temporary outages caused by maintenance, hosting issues, or events beyond our control.

09

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific engagement.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational damage, arising from or in connection with the use of our services or website — even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tasek Tech and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of any deliverable outside its stated scope, or your infringement of any third party's rights in connection with material you share with us.

11

Termination

Either party may end an engagement by providing 30 days' written notice. Where the Reservoir Programme is in progress, notice must be given before the start of the next billing month to avoid a further invoice being raised.

We may terminate an engagement with immediate effect if a client materially breaches these terms and does not remedy the breach within 10 business days of written notification.

Upon termination, all fees for work completed to date remain payable. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Confidentiality), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.

12

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith written discussion within 20 business days.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, both parties consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Where both parties agree, disputes may alternatively be referred to mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre.

13

General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement. These terms, together with any written engagement letter, constitute the complete agreement between us and supersede any prior discussions.
  • Severability. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
  • Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it at a later point.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign this agreement to a successor business.
  • Notices. Formal notices should be sent by email to the addresses confirmed in writing at the time of engagement.

14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or ongoing engagement with our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Where we make a change that materially affects an active engagement, we will communicate it to you directly in writing and allow a reasonable period to review before it takes effect.
