Still water surface at dawn

AI Integration · Singapore

Thoughtful AI, built at the pace your team can hold

We work alongside Singapore businesses to bring AI into daily operations — one workflow at a time, with written documentation and honest guidance throughout.

No lock-in commitments

Three Engagements

Structured approaches to AI in practice

Each engagement is scoped and priced clearly. You choose the depth that suits your team's current readiness — and there is no obligation to proceed to the next.

A half-day visit to your offices. We sit with one or two team leads, ask a short list of open questions about how work moves, and follow up with a considered letter — no slide deck, no embedded proposal.

  • Written summary letter
  • No obligation to continue

Single Workflow Assembly

We assemble one AI-supported workflow alongside your team — a draft-reply helper, a document-summary tool, or an internal Q&A assistant — with a written spec, a four-week trial, and an honest handover document.

  • Four-week trial period
  • Limitations documented openly

Why Tasek Tech

A considered way of working with AI

We take a position that is quieter than most — built on listening, documentation, and a steady pace your team can keep.

Written at every stage

Every engagement produces written documentation — specifications, progress notes, handover documents. Nothing is left to memory or informal agreement.

Honest about limitations

We document the conditions under which each workflow should not be relied upon. Clients are better served by an accurate picture than an optimistic one.

No lock-in

Each engagement is complete in itself. There is no pressure to proceed to the next stage — and the first session carries no embedded proposal for further work.

Built with your team

Workflows are assembled alongside your staff, not handed over as finished products. Operational knowledge stays within the organisation.

Governance by default

Data handling, vendor coordination, and staff guidance are part of every engagement — not optional add-ons billed separately at a later point.

Singapore-based counsel

Our work is conducted in person, in Singapore, with an understanding of the commercial and regulatory context local businesses navigate day to day.

Is your team ready to take a closer look at AI?

The Still Surface engagement is a good place to begin. A half day, a short list of questions, and a written letter. No commitment beyond that.

Questions

Frequently asked

What happens in the Still Surface session?

We visit your offices for half a day and spend time with one or two of your team leads. The conversation follows a short list of prepared questions about how work currently moves — what takes attention, where things slow down, and what the team is already curious about with regard to AI. We take written notes and send a follow-up letter within five working days summarising what we heard and noting what might be worth examining further. There is no presentation and no embedded proposal.

Do we need technical staff in place to work with you?

No. We work with teams at various stages of technical readiness. The Still Surface engagement in particular is designed to be accessible to businesses that have not yet formed a view on AI at all. For the Reflective Build and Reservoir Programme, we coordinate with whatever technical resources your organisation has — whether that is a single IT contact or a larger team — and we are explicit about the level of involvement we will need from your side before any build work begins.

How long does the Reflective Build take?

From the initial written discussion to the end of the four-week trial, the Reflective Build typically runs between six and ten weeks depending on the complexity of the workflow and your team's availability. The build phase itself is generally two to three weeks, followed by a four-week trial with a small chosen group from within your organisation.

What is included in the Reservoir Programme price?

The SGD 945 figure is a monthly engagement fee covering fortnightly working sessions, written progress notes after each session, governance considerations, training coordination, vendor liaison, and a quarterly written review. Costs associated with third-party AI tools or platforms are not included — we are transparent about these before any commitment is made.

Is our data shared or used to train AI models?

Tasek Tech does not collect or retain your organisational data beyond the notes and written documents produced during each engagement, and these remain your property. For any AI tools or platforms introduced as part of a build, we review the vendor's data handling terms with you during the scoping phase and document the relevant policies in the specification. We do not recommend tools whose data practices we cannot explain clearly to your team.

Can we start with the Still Surface and then continue?

Yes, and many clients do. Each engagement is designed to be complete on its own terms, so the Still Surface letter is useful whether or not you continue. If you decide to proceed to the Reflective Build, the written summary from the listening session serves as a useful starting document. There is no automatic progression and no reduced fee for continuing — each stage is priced independently.
