How We Use Your Data

Data retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. Client engagement records — including written deliverables and correspondence — are kept for 7 years from the close of the engagement, in line with standard Singapore business record-keeping practice. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 14 months.
